Rates
Rate calculation depends on a number of factors: Word Count, Industry-Specific Terminology, Complexity, Formatting, and Time-frame, all determining a translation quote. Please download the Rate Index for a cost estimation in US Dollars.
Word Count
Quotes are based on source word rate. The source language is the original document language before it is translated. The target language is the language the document is to be translated into. Please note that translating into Spanish may expand the word count of the final document, likewise translating into English may contract the word count of the final document.
Minimum Rate
A minimum rate applies for documents with a word count of 300 words or less.
Formatting
A surcharge of 10-30% for documents needing special formatting, including PDF conversion.
How to get the process started
In order to prepare your quote accurately, it is necessary that you furnish as much information as possible. Therefore, include complete copies of the document to be translated, relevant time-frames, target language, possible formatting requirements, available industry-specific glossaries, and any additional information pertinent to the project.
