Rates
Translation rates are calculated taking into account a number of factors that pre-determine a quote. These determining factors include Word Count, Industry-Specific Terminology, Formatting and Time-frames. Please download our Rate Index as a guideline for costs quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Word Count
Quotes are based on source word rate, that is the language of the original document before it is translated. The target language is the language it will be translated into. Translations of English to Spanish will often increase the target word count.
Minimum Rate
A minimum rate is applied to documents with 300 words or less.
Rush Orders
A 10-30% surcharge will be added when requesting a 24 hour completion period for documents with a 2000 word count or greater.
Formatting
A 10-30% surcharge will be added for documents needing special formatting. This includes but not limited to PDF document conversion.
Quote requests
In order to prepare an accurate quote we'll need as much information as possible for your translation project. Please submit complete copies of documents to be translated, any industry-specific glossaries, any formatting requirements, and relevant time-frames.
